Ive used Cordwallis Eynsham to look after my van They carried severall waranty repairs with comming back issues They managed to scratch my van in they workshop-thats big word for place where they carry all services etc Last visit was the worst one as when collecting my van ive noticed oil on sump and been informed by David thats excess from repair 3 days later whole sump covered in oil. Called AA team and they confirmed leak from engine When i spoke again with David he was arrogant to me and said that they cannot meet my excaptations means will not repair my van anymore

Appalling service, had our yearly service and cambelt with them December 2020 only to find out the day after there was no oil in the car as they had not fitted the the filter back on correctly! And the oil was also all over our block driveway! Contacted them and we had to arrange for the truck to be taken to them before they would repair which they did after we got the truck to them, they also attempted to clean the driveway but they was not able to remove any of the oil, have since contacted them and heard nothing back, after paying over £1400 for the work carried out by them would have been nice for them to have them sorted out driveway due to there own careless work.

I purchased a professionally converted VW T28 Transporter Camper Van that was within it's 3 year warranty. Issue identified with the rear 'Barn Doors' locking mechanism not unlocking. I contacted Cornwallis and arranged for it to booked in for examination. All sorted without any issues over a 2 day period (parts delayed) and provided a 70 plated T6.1 van for use. Brilliant service. This was then followed up with what was initially thought to be a battery issue around starting. In for 3 days, courtesy vehicle supplied (FOC) where no faults were found - vehicle subsequently failed to start. Long & short of it was: No fault codes to work with, any number of issues in play but after having the vehicle for over 2 weeks, all four injectors found to be at fault and replaced. Courtesy T6.1 loaned throughout. I've never had to deal with a commercial dealership in the past but throughout a 6 week or so period Cordwallis were exceptional - especially 'Europe' who kept me informed throughout during a very frustrating period in my early experience of buying an expensive vehicle that has a solid reputation for reliability. On this occasion Cordwallis flew the flag for the VW group successfully and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you.
