The staff where very polite with high level of service till I dropped the car off forgot my fast tag for work commuting was still in the car in the space of 10 mins it no longer had a back to stick to windscreen qoate the one without the back I was in a rush didn't have time to question it horrified that was acceptable from such a professional company

Excellent customer service from all staff but in particular Charlotte. Very friendly and attentive. Staff ensure you're comfortable with the rental car and explain everything thoroughly and clearly. Cars are clean and of a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Had bad time with another company,Enterprise Torquay sorted us out perfectly, dropped car off at birkenhead,and they took us home, proper company.

Really good team at this branch. Many thanks for getting me to my next location after off hiring. Enterprise are a great company to deal with when you are hiring a car. Fair, reasonable pricing and never try to charge you extras for pre-existing damage in my experience.

£130 for a transit van for 1 day. No thank you Totally overpriced Got fixed up for £70 from Birkenhead Van Hire.

Needed a car whilst mine was being repaired. Really helpful staff, helped me out any way they could. Even when I needed to extend at short notice. Highly recommended

Was a bit hesitant to hire the mini countryman at first but once I got used to it I was reluctant to give it back. Enterprise were amazing. Without their expert knowledge of what I truly needed I wouldn't have got to my son's wedding safe and sound. Absolute heroes. They saved the day for my whole family.

Smooth operation only issue to report was the pos devices didn’t work when trying to pay outside, little inconvenient and the inside windows were not cleaned other than that no issues
