Trying to get an appointment in this place is an absolute joke. On hold for 30mins for the people at

Trying to get an appointment in this place is an absolute joke. On hold for 30mins for the people at reception to say no appointments sorry, they have this whole stupid phone 111 thing In place now which is ridiculous aswell. Most People ring you from work in the few mins they can to try and get an appointment, you really think they have time to faff around calling 111 and them calling you back etc. The doctors are great when you can actually get an appointment though. Used to be a fantastic surgery now it’s one of the worst I’ve ever known. To ring up at 7.30 and still say there is no appointments is terrible. Something desperately needs to change in this surgery!
