Surgery doesn’t even deserve one star . My 80 year old mother was seriously ill I rang the doctor’s in the morning and waited 24th in the queue finally get through and they promised a telephone appointment with the doctor later on that day . With my mother getting worse and no appointment by 3.30 I telephoned them to see how much longer before a doctor would call to be told they had no record of me even calling and that they couldn’t help . I rang 111 straight away and was advised by there GP my mum needed to see a doctor immediately and that they would message my gp that she would have to be seen by 6.30 .. guess what they wasn’t interested . Of course I took her to A&E thank god I did because it was serious . Terrible don’t care attitude of staff . And doctors need to remember not everything is about covid . Patient’s are being neglected and serious illness’s are being missed
