I visited the Liverpool Cotswold store this afternoon to buy very warm gloves for my youngest daughter. The female member of staff was extremely helpful and went out of her way to provide excellent one to one service. I left buying 4 items including a present for my husband. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone.

I've only ever seen same staff member , he was really cool really helpful and knowledgeable . based

There is not a single outdoors store that is better than here. Been here multiple times over the past few years. It gets better and better. If you are going out of doors, go to this Cotswold Outdoors. 5/5 100% everyone here is amazing
