Downstairs coffee shop very clean, staff very considerate and friendly. Had a berry scone with butter, simply devine and well worth it. Pot of tea and cold drink meant that the meet up with a friend was a special time. Thank you.

When you go to a shop like M & S or Debenhams you expect to see the latest robot being tried out behind the counter. Unfortunately they don't seem to be able to afford even a secondhand one. Why do I say this? Well after looking online I found a pair of shoes I wished to buy. That was the easy bit. When I arrived at the shoe department it could not be detected any where, even after I had queued for 10 minutes and had talked to a very helpful human. Surely a robot could have told me what you see online does not mean it is necessarily is in their shop!!!

Spent months looking for a coat then happened upon a gorgeous little thing while passing through here. Also love the fact they'll order stuff you like if its not there in your size.
