Very small shop but has the best of the best here. Not much variety is the only downfall because it is small but they offer to order things in store if they're are none in the colour or size wanted. Very tidy and clean. The staff are absolutely friendly here.

Excellent knowledge of footwear and insoles. Spoke to Sean at length about which insoles were best for my flat feet. Tried on loads and did some tests. Very good experience and great products.

Needed a new pair of ski boots to replace my old pair. After measuring my feet and a chat about my skiing style / ability they ordered in a number of different boots. I eventually decided on a great pair. Service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Small but serious shop for outdoor kit. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Pity they can't fit in more permanent stock to support a wider range of ex-stock purchases.

I've Skied for most of my life, but always hired kit. I went in to (finally) buy my first pair of ski boots, a lovely chap called Nat measured me all up, took the time to get measurements relaxed, flexed, length, width - very comprehensive. We discussed what type of boots I would be after, and he ordered half a dozen suitable pairs into the store, in my size, free of charge. Once they arrived, a gent called Shaun spent the best part of 2 hours trying the different brands/sizes, combinations of insoles, the process was incredibly thorough (He even "taught" me how to strap boots up properly... which seems trivial but makes so much sense). Outstanding service, all round, even in the current climate with COVID. The staff are so exceedingly knowledgeable, not just when it comes to kit... but also how the human anatomy interacts with the kit. I came away with a stunning pair of boots that I know fit me perfectly, and I'm looking forward to try them out on the slopes. Hugely recommend EB and the team, customer service and excellence like nothing I've seen before.
