Absolutely love going to Matalan,never leave empty handed. Good quality clothing & the homewares are fab & always look more expensive than they actually are. Staff are always pleasant & helpful .

Love the clothes in Matalan just wish they would do big sizes for men. They have some lovely things for men but don't have my husbands size.

Great shop. Amazing selection of products. Christmas selection is wonderful. Staff were very helpful. Only downside that went in for curtains and only do them online.

Have a good selection of clothing for all the family and items for the home. Prices are reasonable and quality is good, clothes seem to last a good while and survive lots of washes. Worth joining their loyalty card scheme to get some great discounts.

Absolutely shocking experience, cashier bluntly told to my face that she is going for her break and use the self service machine, wont accept amex(of course no mention before that whatsoever), and you are not allowed to use the changing room because of Covid. What an utter nonsense. Wonder what is the scientific reason behind it? If your clothes are not a good size you have to come back and ask for a refund, then buy a smaller/bigger. Wont be coming back anytime soon...not recommended.
