Very little stock, one pair in my sons size...I asked for anything but black they still brought out a black pair...he's 2 plenty of time to wear black shoes when he goes to school not now! No smiles, made to feel like we were asking the impossible, waited to be served despite there being us and one other mum in the shop!

The two ladies who helped me find shoes for my two year old were great! The shop was clean and tidy and the processes they have in place to ensure you can try on shoes safely then those not wanted can be cleaned, was just brilliant! What a great shopping experience.

Not good choice of sandals, lots of old designs. You are only allowed in if you use their hand sanitizer which is dispensed from a grubby hand pump you have to touch, and which smells funky. Once in the shop assistants gossiped terribly rudely and unprofessionally about a passerby outside and her children who were quite innocently playing in the empty sidewalk. Toxic atmosphere, rude staff, illogical response to coronavirus.

Think shoes and immediately you think Clarks. Not cheap shoes by any means, but good quality. The store in Crown Point isn't one of their largest branches, but seems to have a reasonable stock of shoes and handbags. Assistants always cheerful and ready to help.
