Returns policy is absolutely bad and no one ever answers the phone when you ring the store! Store is way too cluttered and the staff need to learn a lesson in customer service

Me and my mom went here yesterday and one of the staff members, think her name was Laura, she had dark hair and fake eyelashes on, was awful. She shouted at my mom to move instead of saying excuse me, then proceeded to look us up and down and tutted. Absolutely disgraceful to be honest since she’s in a customer driven profession she needs lessons in basic manners. Then whilst she was at the till serving people she swore at another staff member then put her leg up on the till area and started checking her fake tan whilst customers were handing her money ?????? Please tell me how people like this have jobs, but honest, hard-working people struggle to get them??? She was absolutely horrendous and doesn’t deserve a job, I’ve seen her act like this a few times, if I could give her no stars, I would.

Closes at 4:30pm on Sunday not 5:00pm. Overpriced poor quality items marked as sale items and overall negative feedback due to the lack of customer friendly policy. The returns policy especially is very bad. If you can't get use of a changing room and buy the product taking a chance thinking you can return it for a refund if it doesn't fit then you're wrong. They only 'exchange' they don't refund your money...so let's hope they have items in stock or you'll have to get something that's probably unnecessary so you don't waste your spends.

A large variety of sports clothing, plus some equipment and accessories. Prices from pocket money upwards. The store has a a lot of stock on display, which is good, but can make navigating your way around it difficult, especially if you have a pushchair or wheelchair. The staff are very helpful. The access is upstairs next to the escalators and food court. There is a useful glass lift to the upper mall area, located in the centre of the downstairs shopping area.

A sports shop with no proper sports gear. No football or rugby clothing or accessories . Ok if you only want a winter coat, lol. Majority kids clothing in store. It's a down-market clothes shop not a sports shop. Go else where if you need any proper sports kit.

After visiting Leeds city centre store yesterday and not finding a member of staff there helpful I decided to visit the white rose store to spend £40 worth of vouchers which I got after spending £200 the week before. However after my visit to this store I left feeling bewildered at the level of incompetence of this store manager. We tried making sense of the stupid offers that had that weren’t very clear and while speaking to the manager (535376) he told me that the two pair of Adidas sliders were different genders so they were not on the same offer, even tho they were identical.. amused I laughed at his comment and asked him if he was serious. I don’t think had the knowledge to deal with the situation and told me ‘he didn’t care’ on hearing this comment I left the store without purchasing anything shock but this visit.

I don't like that their exchange policy means, I would have to get a replacement or a voucher, but they dont offer money back for a returned unused item...apart from that I like the store

Very poor customer service 😔 bought a pair of trainers for one of my son's ,went back an hour later after i realised I'd got the wrong style for him .Then to be told no refund only exchange or credit note totally discussted with out come not even left centre wouldn't go back again ,ended up with refund onto a gift card will have to sell gift card as their policy stinks and wouldn't go again sure they are breaking the rules with this policy?????
