I went into there store today to buy a couple of pairs of shoes for work. This was becoming really upsetting because I have swelling on my right foot. And then this absolutely delightful assistant came over called Caitlin. She brought me over lots of shoes and was so helpful and caring. We tried on shoes and she just kept bringing shoes that I might be comfortable in. I walked out with 2 pairs because she cared. Thankyou Caitlin!!!! . A young lady who cared.

Shop is immaculate, just the choice in shoes has somewhat declined over the last few years which is a shame. They've also stopped their loyalty card scheme, though they will still honour current FULL cards by offering 25p discount for each stamp attained.
