I have been shopping at Hobbs Leeds for almost a decade now. Over this time the staff have always made me look and feel amazing with their great fashion advice and wonderful customer service. Alex is especially brilliant - I have lost count of the amount of times she has managed to track down something that’s sold out or styled me in an outfit I would not have otherwise thought of trying on which always look so good! I would definitely recommend Hobbs!

Nice clothes but indifferent service from staff consistently over the last 3 years; whoever staffs and trains this store, they need some help. Tried on a poorly cut dress today (not fit, but cut - evidently manufactured cheaply abroad resulting in an unintentionally uneven mid section) and the staff coolly assured me this was a common issue with that model of dress across other sizes. Charming. đŸ˜‚ Think I'll skip past this store in the future and head for Reiss and Atelier.
