1/ 5

My young son and I were completely ignored by the lady serving in the children's department. We waited patiently for ages while she served the other customer (there was only one). My son had even picked out the boot he really wanted and started trying to measure his own feet as was getting bored/frustrated by being completely ignored. We didn't even get an acknowledgement or "sorry, I'll be there shortly". The other customer even said "we're just thinking about these you can serve them, it's fine". The lady picked up the shoes and walked around the men's department as to not pass us, went behind the desk and started cleaning shoes. I asked her "excuse me but can you serve us now please" and she responded "no sorry I can't leave the till". I was flabbergasted. My son was still sat there holding the red boots he wanted. But I had to tell him to out them back as she wasn't going to serve us and he cried. How disgusting. There were no other customers in the department at that point either. We left and went to House of Fraser who were fantastic.

Wow, Clarks have updated, and now have exceptionally comfortable and very stylish mens shoes! 4 stars not 5, it took them a week to get some shoes in for me to try. In the light of M&S, Amazon and the likes, it felt really slow and archaic. Got cool new boots now, however!

Poor stock keeping While I love Clarks shoes this branch in Bath seems to be often out of stock of certain shoes whilst others in the wider area stock them. And then they wonder why people buy online.
