I've had great service every time! Jacob and Izzy are some of the best sales people I have ever had the pleasure to be served by. I work in sales and I have never been so impressed by such effective upselling, which ensured I bought the best product for me and didn't feel ripped off at all. They did their best to ensure I got the best deal, and I am very grateful for their hard work. I will be returning in store very soon simply because of their amazing service!

Went into this store for advise on my Samsung phone. The staff were the most helpful I have come across. In the end I had four people trying to solve the issue. Which they did. Great team work. Thank you.

Great store to shop at. Great selection of electrical equipment you could ever need.

A staff member insisted to install and run a .exe file on my MacBook Pro even though I kept telling him that it’s not going to work. He had no idea what to do after he found out that he could not install the .exe file. I don’t know how he ended up working at a store selling laptops... I mean, anyone with a very basic knowledge of computers would know not to do that. Except for him, other stuff members were very helpful and at least knew about computers.

I bought headphones, after 3 monts they were broken. I wanted to send to the service, they could not. I wanted to exchange for other, they did not have. I decided to return my money. they told me to buy something else for that amount. ordinary cheats.

Does not help like any other pcworld I've been too. Never once have I been approached or had a customer journey
