Top service from start to finish and beyond. Great advice and service, but also very willing to help in the after sales. Had an issue with a broken part on a shower unit - some time after installation. Popped in on Saturday; part order Tuesday and item arrived Thursday. Fantastic service. You are always dealing with a human that knows their stuff and wants to help! Highly recommended.

What.A.Gem. Thank goodness that businesses like this still exist. Knowledgeable, helpful and local but with amazing product range and fab discount section. Got a perfect sink unit for a bathroom and will be popping back for taps and waste and tiles. Great friendly staff. If you're doing a bathroom don't think about missing a visit to here !!!

Excellent in every aspect! If you want a seamless, intelligent, super cost-effective and state of the art bathroom, then you won't get any better! Lee painstakingly completed CAD drawings, came up with visuals, sat with us until we were satisfied. Then, organised probably the best all round bathroom fitter in the world, Roger Drinkwater. I have built many housing projects in the past; however, I have yet to come across such a superior and profoundly professional outfit as Total Bathrooms. A real pleasure dealing with you and we will be back!

Fabulous showroom with inspiring ideas. Everything priced separately so easy to put together your dream ideas. Outstanding salesperson, listened, only showed us what we were interested in or bettered it, professional and very friendly, highly knowledgeable, and only promised what could be delivered. I would highly recommend Total Bathrooms to anyone seeking one bath or a whole package of bathrooms that can be customised to requirements and budgets.

Superb experience from start to finish. My wife and I popped down to the showroom in Locksbrook Road in Bath and straight away was introduced to Andy one of the Design/Sales guys, he helped us navigate the masses of options that are available in store his personal knowledge was reassuring to say the least he gave us a start date and even recommended a couple of fitters we chose Chris Balzen who impressed on a home visit. Chris is polite charming and incredibly hard working he does not stop...he's clean and organised nothing is too much bother when we needed more tiles and extras such as towel radiators and loo roll holders they organised and delivered within the time frame.. I can't recommend Total Bathrooms and indeed Chris enough.

With 3 bathrooms and 2 cloakrooms being planned for renovation I was totally relieved to end up in the hands of Tash at Total Bathrooms. Amazing knowledge, patience and support in getting the job done from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble. A huge thank you - there literally isn't a single thing that I would have changed or done differently. The soap and fragrance bottle gift were a lovely touch too, thank you!
