I went here to buy a bag for my wife's Christmas present and I couldn't believe the selection available. The lady that runs the shop is lovely and gave me some great advice as to what bag to get - great service, amazing products and really reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Bought a bag 4 weeks ago whilst on a few days stay in Bath & the zip is broke 2 weeks after. Keep ringing the shop to ask what they intend to do about it. I rang for days & finally got a stroppy lady who said the owner was on holiday until the 24/9 18. Rang on 24th got same lady who said owner was in on 27th. Rang several times today (27th) & still no answer. I cannot pop in as I don't live near Bath. Will keep trying but don't hold out much hope :(
