The wait for the till is acceptable, but when your number is announced you expect your purchase to be there at the point, but sadly no, as the automated system relies on human pickers, also the spend £50 get a £5 voucher only gives you 3weeks to spend it , that bits not advertised on TV is it, there used to be a time when you could save up your vouchers and spend later on that year, alas how times change, I remember when Argos was the go to shop for virtually anything, now you Google a product and Argos is not even on the first page of results, the first page is for competitive shops and sadly Argos does not fall into that category anymore, why did I shop at Argos then you ask, because it was the closest and traveling 10mile to pay £3 less was not cost effective.

Got served immediately after showing my reference number from a different website. It's convenient to choose Argos as the pickup point. My order was brought to the counter in a matter of minutes and I was on my way home.

I have been to the Bath store several times during the past few weeks and every time the staff have been courteous and efficient even though they were busy. Customers really need to be more polite, waiting for a few more minutes than normal really shouldn’t be a problem in these times! Thank you to all the staff in Bath

Visited recently to purchase a cable for my phone. There's very few people allowed inside the store at a time so the queueing outside does take a while. Finally got in, placed my order on the screen, and had to go to the till to pay (only way to collect Nectar points is at the till). Long wait at the till for someone to come and take the payment. The store front appears understaffed. The item arrived quickly though. Parking was convenient.

1/ 5

If I could give minus stars, I would. Online orders only - however, their online payment processing not working so their website advises to use PayPal - I ordered and paid via PayPal with the money taken from my bank account (£240!!) but the Argos team claim not to have received the order confirmation received so would not give me what I had paid for, but nor would they return the £240. So now I am down £240 and do not have the item that I paid for!! Furious with their appalling 'system' and disappointed (although unsurprised) by the rude, 'can't do', 'computer says no' attitude of the staff.

Although most of the staff were lovely, there was black haired woman on till 1 who was processing my return was very rude and refused to refund my faulty phone claiming she had the same one and making up various things. Equally complaining that one part of the instruction manual wasn't present and saying because of this no refund was to be given, she then refused to refund the product onto my card due to it being my dads and made us wait in store half hour for the card owner to arrive. Equally she was not wearing a mask.
