Disappointing aftercare - Brooks trainers of such poor quality that they are really badly worn after just 4 months of use, although they should last minimum of 6 months (presumably if you are a regular runner unlike me). Apparently it is user error. Such.a shame as great to be able to support local businesses :-(

I have purchased a pair of leggings for running and I asked the manager before he processed the sale if I could get a refund if they didn’t fit he said yes I could have a full refund provided that I bring them back in within 28 days in a resalable condition with a valid proof of purchase, but when I tried to return them less than a week later unworn with all labels attached and had receipt of purchase as well to my biggest surprise he denied that he has ever said that!!!I must say I have experienced by far the worst customer service in that shop and it was shocking how rude, unhelpful and arrogant the management staff were. They clearly care about nothing but to make profit not realizing that providing very poor customer service actually drives customers away!Well done Running Bath!

The shop floor staff were very friendly and welcoming. I purchased a pair of Nike running shoes but realised they were slightly too small, so returned them to the store within hours. It was only then brought to my attention that they do not give refunds, and only offer exchange or store credit. This was not written anywhere on the receipt or brought to my attention when purchasing the shoes. When questioned on this poor customer service policy, the manager was extremely rude and hostile, expressing that she ‘didn’t care’ if a negative review was posted in light of this, and offered no resolution to the problem. This is a perfect example of a store taking advantage of people wanting to support independent establishments.

I’ve always found staff here to be expert in running and happy to give advice on all aspects of the sport. I’ve had a gait analysis done and subsequently bought a pair of shoes which indeed were well paired with my running gait/style, and time given to make sure I was striking correctly before we settled on the model. I have used the same model since and constantly coming back here to stock up on gear.

Have shopped here a couple of times and always very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are pretty standard everywhere now, no matter where you shop, so its best to choose on shopping experience for running stuff. I've had to exchange things due to my own stupidity and they were lovely and no qualms at all. Would highly recommend 👌
