Sofa Workshop – Bath bath

Amazing experience from start to finish! We are delighted with our sofas. Hannah from the Sofa workshop in Bath was great. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about fillings, fabrics and style and even though we live in Leicester, we brought the sofa from this store because of Hannah's knowledge. As it is a large investment would definitely recommend going to this store. We were kept up to date with delivery and then delivery day it was just as seamless. Would definitely recommend!

From the first day we went in to browse the sofas and were served by Samantha ( hope we got the name right) Samantha has a lovely way about her customer service, we were given so much help and advise without the hard sell, which was very important to us. We later ordered and since then had a perfect delivery even given an approx 15 min slot, even the delivery guys were great. Our sofa is now in situ and we are over the moon with it, so are the dogs. I would recommend this shop and staff to my best friends and family. Thank you ... Perfect
