We arrived late for our ear piercing appointment around 4.30 yesterday, which I fully accept we were late but the tone in which the lady (wearing a red checkered shirt) we spoke was very rude. She was so short and abrupt and had the worst attitude. I’m actually glad we arrived late and my daughter didn’t get her ears pierced by her. My husband and I are both doctors and would never dream of talking to patients in that manner! I hope she doesn’t get a doctor who treats her in the same manner she treats others!
