Great experience. Always felt at ease, not pressured, which I haven't found typical of experiences with jewellers. All the employees who helped were polite and easy-going. Special thanks to Emily who was so uplifting/cheerful. I got just the right ring for my needs and it was a 'yes'. I'd shop here again for another occasion.

I like looking through the window here and have only been in once but when I did I git a lovely necklace for my Mum. Very good selection.

Took my engagement ring in on the saturday for a resize. They phoned me tues to say it was ready. Had to size up as was a little tight. So lovely to wear it again. You cant tell and the hallmarks are undisturbed. They didnt mention it but im sure its been cleaned and buffed. Thank you so much.
