Came into the store today and spoke to Charlotte who gave me real sound advice on Rolex watches. Her knowledge on the brand and the watch range was excellent. i never experienced the top services i received from the manager dean and the rest of the team at goldsmiths Leeds shop my wife felt very free to talk and buy things without having a security at you side and listening to all your private conversation like other shops such as Preston nr by to the point you feel very intimidated with 00 service. if anyone wants to buy something with a professional team, please go to Leeds goldsmiths. the manager dean and the rest of the team are always ready to help WELL DONE GOLDSMITHS

My order got mixed up and instead of helping me find solutions to overcome this mistake, the staff just could not be bothered. It wasn't until I noticed a mistake in the box and informed the staff and asked them to recheck their stock did I finally get my watch. I was overall disappointed at the lacked of professionalism exhibited by the staff. Not to mention the lack of care of the staff at handling the watches. You don't just twist the strap like that.

I had to return a product recently but had mislaid a receipt. I have to commend Rabia - who dealt with the situation with a level of professionalism that any business should be proud of. Always answering the phone first, polite and knowledgeable. The only time I couldn't reach her was when she was selling Rolexes. A credit to your company
