I purchased an engagement ring 2 years ago and have recently returned to purchase the wedding ring that would match. We were dealt with by the same lady , Louise , who remembered me from my visit and again provided us with excellent service. We were found exactly the ring we wanted. Both rings needed altering for size and both fitted perfectly once they were finished. I would recommend Berry’s for their excellent customer service and value for money.

Massive thanks to Rod Young and the teams at both the Commercial Street Store and the Albion Street store. We ended up buying two Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra's. One in blue and one in green. The manager of the Commercial Street store kindly went across to collect the blue one and bring it to us. Rod was extremely patient whilst we tried a few different watches from a few different brands. After eventually choosing we were offered a great price and the thoroughness of the service was spot on, exactly what you'd expect when parting with a significant amount of money. Thanks again to Berry's. We will be seeing you again

It was a bit of an off the cuff decision to call in today but so glad we did. We were served by Sarah, I tried on a few rings to have as an eternity band to match my engagement ring. Sarah was so helpful and got rings for me to look at I hadn’t noticed it the window. The service by all was amazing. They even polished up my old engagement ring to look like new and I can’t thank them enough! The ring I chose was in my size and I left one happy girl, thank you xx
