Yet another bad experience today - will avoid this station in future. The attendant bluntly informed me that the CollectPlus machine was not working, then looked bemused when I asked him to process my BPme card (I wanted to redeem some points) - mumbled something about 'manager' and 'password'. No proper explanation or politeness - just some huffing & puffing as he rushed to deal with my fuel payment and to scan the BPme card. Not good enough, and I have experienced similar in the past. A waste of time (and petrol) - the Harston station is by far the worst of those in the local area. The problematic BPme scheme seems to cause much confusion with BP staff generally, whose only training appears to be to never remind customers to use it.

Was overcharged and went back. Told to see manager tomorrow. Not interested in the fact that I had to walk back from home. Sales assistant I spoke to I had had issues with in past. Will not use this place ever again.
