I like it nice but if it's over crowded the staff can be slow.

Don't answer the bloody phones!!!!!

We bought a bike fender and it broke within the week. They are knowingly and willingly defrauding consumers by selling goods not fit for purpose, and have an adversarial return policy. This conduct is unethical. No one should ever shop here, and the company should be dissolved.

I popped in after work for a pair of trainers. I had to try and find a member of staff on the shop floor and as I couldn't find one I went to the till. The staff member radioed through to another member of staff who's radio was switched off, great. After around 20 mins I eventually got my trainers after the member of staff appeared from out the back. This place could easily do with more staff but being owned by Mike Ashley it will never happen. Product was good for the price but the overall service was very poor.

Took almost an hour to be served for shoes today (3 pairs on 2 requests) and asked at the till for assistance. Half of the ladies collection was upstairs, lift out of order, was advised to carry baby and leave buggy downstairs and a staff member would watch it only to find same staff member appeared upstairs not 2 minutes later. Appalling service and very upset baby to boot!

Pretty good Sports Direct all things considered.

Located near to the centre of Cambridge within walking distance of town and other shops. May have to que to get in when busy. Ladies on top floor and mens in ground floor. Disabled parking outside store and plenty of non disabled parking. Some staff friendly, You are able to try on shoes on, I am not sure about clothing. Reasonable prices on some products in store, if you are not worried about designer.

Managed to purchase 2 out of the 4 items we went in for. Not many staff members visible but clean, tidy and reasonable prices.

Very pleasant. Did not have my size in Cambridge Retail park, but checked on line and said their Lion Yard store had my size. Went to Lion Yard and was served very quickly.

Staff were helpful, just wanted some new leisure shoes and I was in & out within 10 minutes
