I love Reiss and usually go to the one in Leicester, where staff are very friendly, attentive and go above and beyond to leave their customers happy. I went to this Reiss in Cambridge and the younger staff were very friendly and polite, however a more senior lady at the till was so abrupt with her answers, so I didn't really understand their returns policy, didn't make any effort to even smile and made me feel quite uncomfortable actually. I bought a coat for over £300, it was pouring outside and she gave me a cheap paper bag for it. The bag was about to rip, that's how bad it was, and inside was a brand new, quite expensive item I had just bought- good customer service would be to cater a bit more and put a bit more effort in. I think they had reserved the sturdier cardboard bags for non-sale items- quite silly considering it's still an expensive item and you don't want the product to get damaged straight after purchase.

Went in there to find an outfit for my brother’s wedding. Alan was fantastic in helping me get the outfit together. Unfortunately the dress I wanted wasn’t available in the Cambridge branch, so the manager helped me in securing it in a London branch near my work. Really helpful friendly staff - and I have an amazing dress for the occasion!!
