This is not your grandmother's Boots UK any longer! Someone at Boots noticed that there was no one place to go to learn about makeup and stepped into the void. Bravo! The sales people are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. I had no trouble finding someone to help me either. Oh, and you can still buy shampoo and toothpaste at Boots!

I like boots for its fragrances for men and women and its Handmade KENT combs best combs ive ever had! Also a popular place to get your photos printed.

It's my favourite boots store, lots of offers here, good knowledgeable staff. Love the no7 brand and I buy it often, especially when on offer

When stuff tells that you need to wait 10 minutes for help... And you Waiting 1 hour for stuff to pick cosmetics from Estee Lauder... Then you Ask if somebody will help you today or tomorrow they say '' It' s better to go to Debenhams''.... No words for this rude staff.

The only thing that could make a good business is people with experience, I have been to Boots today and got a perfume for my son. I have been there many times and bought perfumes but Martin on fragrance was the only one who served me with patience and kindness.

RACISM happened in this store. I really do not be a means person, but I have to use an angry and serious attitude to told there staffs, and trying to call police coming here, unless that, you will never get the prescriptions which well done for you. This has happened twice now, last time I waited two hours and this time, because I was prepared to call the police, I picked up my prescription after the fortieth minute and after the person behind me had already got it and left. The irritating thing was that my prescription was already prepared and they just had to move to bring it to me. I don't want to complain about anyone in particular, but I really feel sad that racism is happening at the doorstep of Oxford University.

Ordered a prescription and tried to contact multiple times to get an update. They never answer the phone and when they do you're put on hold for an eternity, lose the will to live and hang up. After a week and having completely run out of certain medications, I finally get to speak to someone who casually informs me that they cannot obtain supplies of one of the items. I don't understand why they didn't let me know so that I could try somewhere else. Truly appauling lack of communication and customer service, usual excuses about not enough staff etc. etc. Not at all recommended.
