Really happy I came to this shop. Extremely helpful staff. I never felt under any pressure to buy anything, but rather that I was helped to make informed decisions in buying my first road bike. Highly recommend

♣ I was originally steered towards Beeline by a friend who is an Olympic medalist. Although an avid bike rider many years ago the technology has developed considerably and I needed a lot of advice to find the right bike, particularly as the original idea was to do school runs with my daughter, but I also liked the idea of doing something more adventurous. Ben and Jason patiently talked me through my options and specially ordered in a hybrid and a mountain bike so I could compare them. No sales pressure, just useful friendly advice. I thoroughly recommend Beeline.

I bought two bikes here for a mini expedition. Staff really helpful and knowledgable, but not pushy salesmen. They were very competitive with the price and prepared the bikes perfectly for our tour including fitting some bar top brake levers for my wife’s bike free of charge. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Guys in store were absolutely great - they were the second Trek dealer I visited before settling on an FX2. Very quickly ordered in a bike in my frame size and offered solid advice. Well worth the walk out from the centre of Ox!

Really lovely people in there. I bought a vintage road bike in to have the seat adjusted and they managed to adjust it for me even with the rust and didn't charge anything for it. I'll definitely go back in the future.

My wife and I spent the entire day touring various bike stores in search for the right bike. But our search happily ended when we came across Andreas at the Beeline Bicycle store. He probably spent well over 2 hours fixing up bikes of various types and budgets for us to try out, even coming out of the shop to talk to us, answering every practical and naive question I had about owning and riding bikes in Oxford. We had initially walked into the store unsure of what bikes we wanted, but we pedaled out happily. The perfect bikes within our budget! Thanks again Andreas for your limitless patience and passion for bikes (and other friendly store employees as well!).

Polite and friendly staff. All the bike kit you could ever need in one place plus a nice range of bikes and e-bikes. Ended up buying some overshoe socks to keep my feet warm on winter rides which was exactly what I was after.

I love my new bike! The advice from the several people I spoke to at Beeline were really helpful on both occasions I went there to pick my bike. I am not an expert cyclist so I was looking for something simple yet robust. I found the team kind and friendly.

I just went to have my bike brake repaired at Beeline Bicycles and one of the assistants said it was a repair he could do then and there. He took the time to explain to me what had happened, fixed the brake, and then adjusted my bike wheel and brake pads too as he was concerned about the wheel being loose and my safety on the bike. When I asked what I could pay for the repair, he waved me away - so I walked out with a small bike service of my front wheel and brakes for free! I was worrying about how I'd get to work the next day so having a free repair done so quickly and with such a friendly manner was brilliant. Thank you Beeline Bicycles!
