Ben Faulkes sold our home on the Shipton Road and we can safely say that he is by far the best agent we have ever used, and we have used a few over our lifetime! Ben always responds in a timely manner and makes himself available when many others are "closed". We couldn't conduct viewings ourselves, but that was no problem to Ben. His fees are very competitive and his advice and support can be very reassuring when, as in our move, we come up against confusing and frustrating conveyancing issues.
