I bought my first house through Ashtons and was very impressed with their service. I was shown round twice by Robyn who was really friendly and extremely helpful with advice especially with my mortgage! Also a lady called Claire saw the whole process through and was always there to answer any questions I had (which was very often!) very impressive and would definitely sell through them in the future

I moved to Ashton's after having an unsuccessful few months with another agent. I was very impressed with the honest and impartial feedback from the Ashton's team with regards to how to improve the listing and the best way to proceed. More importantly, I was confident that every time they arranged a viewing it was for a serious potential buyer as opposed to a viewing purely for it's own sake. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service Ashton's provided and would happily recommend them.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with them. We were looking for a house, put an offer on one, we offered 5k more then it`s asking price. Two days later , we received an email saying then our offer was UNACCEPTABLE. That`s it. No more contact. We found it very insulting.

Thoroughly unimpressed with this service. I am a young buyer and was very ill treated and not taken very seriously. I was treated like a time waster and clearly not interested in making a sale; especially as the man who spoke to us was swearing over the table and giving us houses that were far too out of our requirements. If I buy another house I will definitely not be using their service.

Great agents, my flat was valued, photographed and sold within 10 days. It's the second time I've sold with Ashtons and each time they've been great throughout the whole process, including right up to completion. Recommended.

I found everyone working for Ashtons to be professional, efficient and helpful. They responded very quickly to calls and questions. I feel I should make particular mention of Jack Griffin who sold me my current property. He was courteous and polite at all times.

Without Ashtons we wouldn’t of been able to move home, they valued our house higher than the other agents which gave us enough money to buy the house we wanted. The whole process was handled very professionally and we got the asking price from a cash buyer. We are delighted with the service we received from the whole Ashtons team and we are thrilled with our new house. It really worked well for us, thank you; we will strongly recommend Ashtons to all our friends.

10/10 Jack is officially the best estate agent ever ! Received an excellent service from Jack. Nothing too much trouble for him. Very knowledgeable about the property & very professional. Jack has a great communication style & we felt really looked after all the way through the process. We completed in 4 weeks 2 days from first viewing because of his first class service. Kept informed at every step, this has been smoothest & easiest purchase we’ve ever made. It’s our second purchase through Jack & Ashton’s couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Julie guided us through what turned out to be a very protracted sale (not Ashton's fault!) and was helpful and friendly all the way. They were very responsive to our initial request for a valuation and were accurate with the price we could achieve. From there they were helpful, responsive and always working to achieve the best outcomes for us. I would recommend Ashton's to others.
