Clare and Karen have been fabulous during the whole process. They always responded quickly & are both so helpful and understanding. They could not have been a bigger help to me when I had some last minute changes and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CityLets based on my experience with them.

Clare has been great throughout the whole process, and always answers any questions or queries we have as quickly and thoroughly as she can. She was very accommodating and communicative when getting all documents sorted and signed and we’re really grateful for her hard work and for always being friendly and helpful!

I've been renting for 20 years and have been with a few agencies over that time. James and Clare were absolutely fantastic in helping me find a new property, they were always on the ball and helpful to any question I had. They made it an easy and smooth transition into my new apartment.

We stayed at John Walker House, York for 5 nights. We were met by one of the reps who was very helpful. The apartment was in a secured compound with access via secured gates. Apartment was lovely, very clean, spacious and very well kitted out with everything we could need for our stay. Location was excellent, a minute walk to local convenience stores and within easy walking distance to most of the popular tourist sites and the town centre. A wonderful stay in a beautiful city made even more special by the lovely apartment, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent value for money. Great location. Very clean. Facilities and photo's as reported/shown on-line. Dedicated parking space. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

We stayed at a Fossgate apartment in York and were delighted with the quality of the apartment and it’s location. The lettings staff were really welcoming and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Care has been given to the renovation of the building and it is furnished to a high standard. Highly recommended .

We stayed at 9 Falconer street and spent a lovely 3 nights there. Although small, it was ample for 2 people and had all amenities including a rear yard to securely lock bikes up. Cycling to the city centre took about 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

From start to finish we were dealt with true professionalism! The ladies in the booking office were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us and when we got to the apartment we were meet by Chris who treated us really well too! Lovely little hideaway and prefect if you want to be right in the center. I can't recommend these guys enough we'll definitely be coming back.. thanks everyone for making our stay special.
