The worry about replacing the windows and door of my rental property was quickly taken away by Alan Cook - the Sales Manager. He advised on frame style, suitable openings, type of glazing etc. - Alan is indeed very efficient, knowledgeable, calm, but beyond that he is very personable. The whole team from Alan, Lee and the two installers (unfortunately I do not recall their names, but they will know who they are) were absolutely superb. For a double glazing company to go way outside of their particular capture area is quite extraordinary. High quality product, competitively affordable, but more importantly, you get that all round family-owned company experience from Barry Bolton Windows - I think that was definitely key for me. Barry Bolton replaced my gutters ,fascias and soffits. I had used them 20 years earlier having heard about their splendid reputation. I can confirm that they continue to provide an incredible end to end service. ian and Martin did a great job with the installation, it looks wonderful. Alan sold it to me without any of the high pressure techniques I have heard other vendors use. All perfect really, look forward to using Barry Bolton again
