the standard of windows and doors is satisfactory but not delightful. Window frame treatments could have been much nicer, the window stiffening rubber also does not cut properly because there are gaps. The tape around the windows goes away from the window pane and is a new window that I bought from them on request. At 10/6

Contacted this company last year due to one downstairs window jammed solid & have not been able to open since last August. A 10 year guarantee is still valid until Dec 2021. Was told to pay to get someone else to deal with & fix it as it’s not down to them as their trading division who fitted the windows went into administration although it’s clearly their product on my window label. Got someone else to look at it at my expense & the lock in the window has snapped causing it to not open. Needs a new lock inserted. Its a faulty product, therefore they should have paid for a company to complete the work if they are not able to. My 10 year guarantee should be honoured instead I was constantly fobbed off. Will not recommend the windows, one cracked for no valid reason a few years after installation. Not a very satisfactory product & a very unhappy customer 🙁

I purchased a composite door and its top quality. Staff are helpful and still helped me even though it was almost closing time. Prices could be better

If only the delivery was as good as the price and promise. Great product just need to get there act together.
