P & M Windows luton

Paul from P&M Windows visited our property yesterday to provide a quotation for replacing an en-suite window which was not shutting properly and due to this the latch was not fully closing. Paul was very professional and a real gentleman and upon inspecting the window, he very honestly advised my husband that it doesn't need replacing at all and that just a repair will resolve the problem. He very kindly offered to have a look at what was causing the issue and promptly went on to fix it, hence saving us money on replacing the whole window. I would highly recommend P&M Windows to anyone who is looking to get their doors or window replaced. Thanks again, Paul!

Mum's lock has broken. She's been trying for days to get in touch with him for days. Left countless messages and he hasn't got back in touch.

P & M Windows installed a Guardian Warm Roof conservatory with bi-fold doors to replace our old conservatory (which was too hot to use in the summer and too cold to use in the Winter. What a difference it has made to our house - its now a proper usable room! The fitting team were superb, they did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves every day. I cant rate them highly enough. Job took 4 days with a team of 4. We had are having our windows replaced soon and will definitely use again.

I have used P & M Windows on a number of occasions including windows, conservatory, garage door and some extra windows . I have also recommended them to two of my friends and I can only say that I have nothing but praise for their work and pricing. The installers they employ are courteous and efficient and I would trust them implicitly If there were 6 stars, I would not hesitate to award them. Doug Jones

Fantastic service and products. We have just had triple glazing installed throughout and a composite front door. Very competitive price plus a few cups of tea and bacon sandwiches!

After reading the other reviews on here, I can't agree more. A local, trustworthy, honest, fair-priced firm who go out of their way to help without causing any issues. Communicated with Paul from the beginning of my building job. He came out to view the site, priced fairly and thereafter delivered all goods on time with a high level of professionalism. Paul helped me decide through many options and took out his own time to work through possibilities with me. I even had to cancel and rearrange days of fitting because of the builders' preparation issues but Paul never made me feel like it was a hassle. The fitting team were also excellent. Extremely professional, very polite and a good laugh too! My door, windows and roof lantern look absolutely beautiful! Very very happy with the work, couldn't ask for any better. Most definitely recommend .

Amazing team, from beginning to end. P&M replaced 4 x 1990s upstairs windows for me. They responded quickly to a request for a quote, provided a fair cost, and did a good job keaving good looking and functional replacements well-fitted. Tidy - they looked after the carpets with coverings they brought, and tidied up after themselves. they were pleasant to have in the house and I am happy to recommend them and their work.
