Khalid from the Luton branch a 'senior memor of the team' came around the give me a quote, didn't even bother to look at the doors or listen to my request. Threw me 2 catalogues, but didn't know a thing about the doors or the costs. When I told him I needed to think about it he rudely packed away his things and left without saying anything. Clearly wasnt happy he didn't get a sale. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I’ve used SafeStyle multiple times for windows, doors and a porch. I’ve had excellent service from the sales people, to the surveyor and fitters. I highly recommend them, and wouldn’t use anyone else. They always arrive on time, work efficiently, leave my home clean and tidy, you wouldn’t know they’d been in (apart from seeing the wonderful work they’ve done!). All the SafeStyle staff (including those on the phone) are extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

All I wanted was some quotes to weight up my options with who can do the best deal. Not an uncommon request when potentially handing over thousands of pounds for work. Not only is the branch manager extremely rude, he also accused me of wasting their time because I wouldn't sign on the dotted line when his pushy salesman was in my house. Although I EXPLICITLY told them I wanted to think about it, these guys will push and push and push until you say yes. And, if you don't they will get aggravated. and nasty. Avoid these unprofessional people at all costs. I also find it strange how they can knock down a quote from £3500 to £1200. It just goes to show much they're inflating their prices.

I just noticed everyone is complaining about the inconsistent quotations, they also quoted me a very low price, i signed the agreement and then they raised the price to an extortionate amount! I didnt go ahead with them ofcourse and they ripped me off, they took my £100!!!

Worst company. Don't get windows from them. Sending one worker which I had to help him, bad work, still waiting for them to replace the pvc, customer service avoid to help. Fitter promise someone will come over to finish work cuz he couldn't do it. They are sending visit person to get the pictures of work and then they lose everything and had to make another appointment which aswell dissappear and STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO COME BACK! Not even contact them. Untrained staff, luck of knowledge, smoking around fake advertising.

My parents bought a composite door two years ago from safestyle . Many issues 1. Door wouldn't close properly , kept touching the frame 2. Water seeping through the door. After numerous calls pre covid back and forth, eventually so many engineers coming and going , head office sent someone who said the frame and door needed replacing. Post covid when things started to open after the first lockdown , safestyle said we would get everything sorted feb2021, appointment cancelled by safestyle moved onto May 14th 2021, appointment cancelled without being informed. Informed the will turn up on the 17th of may, they did. Only they just had a door, no locking mechanism, no windows for the door, no door frame. I telephoned safestyle to request a refund on my parents behalf, I was informed they will call us back. I am now waiting for safestyle to call us back because my vulnerable parents have waited two years, gone through lockdowns, bad weather and today an insult for their two years of waiting. Parents would like a refund and we have been told safestyle will call us today to discuss 17/05/2021 We shall see it is 17:18 they have until 8pm for close of business. Otherwise i will be forced to take it further . Please avoid this company, bunch of cowboys, I thought they would have learnt their lesson from being exposed on rogue traders years ago , but they have not . Edit 18/05/2021 they did not call , so I am having to chase them up .

Violations of Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Credit Act, and misuse of Housing Regulations from this outfit. Head Office most apologetic thank you Veronica. Trading Standards will be informed. Please take great care with this company - make good use of your cooling off period under Distance Selling rules. Update - reader, she got her money back! It took two weeks, two cheques as the first one was misprinted, and finally a hand delivered refund from the regional manager. Know. Your. Rights.

Shocking after service, left patio doors with gaps that you could pass a piece of paper through, took 2 months of promised dates without people showing up to finally get it resolved, then threatened us when we refused to pay full amount and were extremely rude. The only decent contactwas the fitter that rectified the job and it took him all day to repair the initial mess!!!!

I feel compelled to comment on their sales technique. I have just had my elderly mother on the phone to me. She is in tears and clearly very shaken after an unsolicited visit from a “salesman”. Despite telling him that she is not interested in anything they have to offer she has been forced into divulging her name and telephone number, and has been threatened with a return visit. She now feels bullied, threatened and unsafe in her own home. Surely if they offered a half decent service & didn’t try to rip people off they wouldn’t need to resort to these kind of tactics. Please let this incident be a warning to others. This company stoops very very low.
