Whilst I always enjoy visiting the store with its friendly staff recently I have found that often when I go there, there are either no small trolleys in the bay or no baskets available. I have spoken to customer services about this but it is still happening. When I was there this morning I reported there were no small trolleys and I was back down 4 hours later and there were still none and in addition, I got the last basket!! Not really acceptable

They don't have any Asian/Indian Grocery at all, I can find online when i enter my Postcode on Asda Website but in that store, they don't have it. They need to add more Indian/Asian Grocery stuff and Halal meat too. There are loads of expats living in this area and have to goto Tesco Maryhill to buy Asian grocery.

30/04/18 - some of the staff need nail brushes + training on how to use one, me thinks. Secondary visit today 12/01/17. Check out the state of the wee barriers that you place between your items and the next customer's items. They're absolutely filthy. I think I can feel my lymph nodes swelling.....

I was asked to put a mask on before being allowed to enter today. 1) the masks serve absolutely no purpose as they don't prevent the spread of viruses. 2) half the staff in-store didn't have one on, or wasn't wearing it over the nose & mouth I will not be shopping at Asda again if they continue this draconian behavior, I will simply choose another supermarket to do my shop.
