Drove to this establishment in a panic as had a puncture and needed to drive 350 miles. I was told it could be done tomorrow! After asking please could it be done today, the response was “ look we’re busy” The man had an attitude problem I asked if he knew of anywhere else I could get it done. “ I can’t tell you who will be busy or not!”I was told to use Google! I found Canal tyres 4 minutes from kwik fit who immediately sorted me out couldn’t have been more helpful. I will not EVER use Kwik Fit again as this rude man is not a good advert for the company he works for.

I went to the garage on 22nd July with a flat tyre. I had to leave the car overnight and the next day they put on a new tyre. With tyre fitting package (including valve) and adjust it cost me £225.94. On 30th July I was driving back from Aberfeldy and decided to check my tyre pressure before driving back to Glasgow. All fine until I tried to check the new tyre and the centre part of the valve came away meaning the air came out the tyre and I could not stop it. I had to call out the AA to change the wheel for my spare one - waiting a couple of hours. I then had to drive to a nearby garage where they put a new valve in the car and changed the wheel back again. Both the man from the AA and the garage owner said that shouldn’t have happened to the valve in a new tyre. Apart from the extra cost, I wasted hours trying to get home. I tried to ring customer services to complain but they didn’t answer the call! I would be very wary about using Kwik-Fit again.

Belated review, but got an MOT here a year back - cos i was short of time and thought i'd take the money hit for a short notice turnaround. Bad choice, cost me hundreds of pounds. Go to your local quality non-chain garage.

I came in to get a tyre replaced on a company vehicle after it had been punctured and had a temporary fix. Mark instead did a permanent repair on it making it good as new and saved us a lot of money. As a charity worker, this made a massive difference. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
