I have to thank Jade in the Drumchaple, Great Western Road branch. She spent a lot of time, with us on the computer. Designing a new kitchen. Thanks again

Disastrous as soon as the sales person got a kitchen sale of £2500. Used a trades man's name and address for a discount so we could enquire about our order using the customer careline. To top it off anytime we went in store systems were down, staff were busy out running personal errands. Zero aftersale customer service or care, kitchen delivered earlier than scheduled, sent back, items removed for other customers and then a partial delivery sent. Nobody available to speak to at a higher level, store staff abrupt, no complaint handling experience, we're now left with an unfinished kitchen and weve still had ZERO solutions given. Appaling! The customer service in Great Western Retail branch is diabolical. The employees have no desire to serve the customers in a friendly and professional manner. I was earmarked to buy a new kitchen from them but after witnessing the disfunction of the place and being told that I couldn't speak to the manager I have taken our business to Wickes.

Great DIY store - the fullest range of home improvement, tools and garden products. The music is pretty maddening and they stop selling grass turf in the Autumn ... the perfect time to lay it. Otherwise, excellent.

Market type, everything for the home. You can actually buy everything you need at home. Lawn mowers, paints, tools, specialist work clothes. You actually have almost everything. Curtains, blinds, curtain rails, it's hard to describe everything. A good place for people who do not count with every penny. The main disadvantage of this network are prices. This is an expensive store. You have to be reckoned with. It happens to hit an interesting promotion, for example on some power tools like I bought a screwdriver with a denture recognized world-wide for not a bad price, but after the promotions is a fairly expensive store.
