used branch to purchase a balance bike for my 2 year old son, was looked after fantastically by mark in the store. other staff were friendly and helpful while in store. would recommend them to anyone looking for a bike or for help with anything bike related

Overpriced and terrible customer service. Staff standing doing nothing when you're looking for something without even a "Can I give you a hand" ? I asked for help and got a grunt and a point from someone I seemed to bother by asking for help.

Took my road bike into get new pedals...the cycle team were excellent , Adam I think that was his name, while continuing to service the bikes,chatted away while the other young guy took my bike away ...he was replacing my clip less pedals...and I knew he would have bother having not been replaced for many years...but he came back job done...will definitely go back too Halfords Paisley...Colin Campbell..

Recently visited the Hamilton Street in Paisley branch and from start to finish the service was outstanding. Particularly would like to thank Craig who went above and beyond explaining and talking me through changing my battery. Would highly recommend this branch. Very satisfied with the work carried out, but more so the manner in which I was treated.

Halfords Paisley has always been a place where I found durable car products and other items. The staff are friendly and helpful. One time I had to return a broken item based on manufacture defect and they didn't ask questions, refunded me asap. My first buy in from Halfords back in 2018 was a car charger which I use till this day. Touch wood that is the longest lasting car charger I have owned. Light bulbs are long lasting as I ran through light bulbs and thought it was something else and a mechanic recommended Halfords and I still drive with the same bulbs as well. Many things I can mention which I have now just become so accustomed to just go to Halfords and skip the run around. They also fit minor and major parts to your car. Have a look at their website. Outstanding service from Daren at paisley office. really knowledgeable guy, talked about baby seats, bikes and car products. Felt like he was really trying his best to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

An electrifying visit to Halfords! If you want to put the fun into finding a new battery then look no further! An interactive screen provides battery options when you punch in your Reggie! No more embarrassing lead acid mix ups! Then the sales staff makes sure you leave with a paper receipt to 'put in your log book'! I didn't have the heart to tell him I don't have a log book such was his enthusiasm for this simple act of motoring kindness!

I had to change my car's headlight lamp. Quick and easy buy from the web site and next day available booking to fit the lamp. Plenty of locations to choose which one suits you better. The girl in reception and the engineer were very friendly and kind. 100% satisfied and 100% recommend.
