The store refuses to allow people to enter who have mask exemptions. Being interrogated for having an exemption upon entering a store to purchase something is never ever ok. Offering a visor? Seriously people?Staff unaware that what they are being asked to do is illegal under Scottish Gov face mask exemptions. 'Those exempt by law should not be: - forced to wear a face covering - abused or treated in an unacceptable way - denied access to places where face coverings are required.' All three of the above is exactly what happened to me, why is this being allowed to happen? Complaint sent to manager, however truly horrified to hear this has been happening for a long time across the UK within Apple stores, including incidents involving younger vulnerable children & elderly. 'I'm just doing my job' isn't good enough when doing your job is discriminating, causing distress to a certain group of individuals and enforcing unlawful policies. Who do you people think you are? Seriously? Jenna, Carol and the male security guard didn't seem comfortable to be enforcing such measures on their customers, so my question is, why do it? Where is your compassion and humanity?

Refused entry because I was exempt from wearing a mask and instead told to wait outside in bad weather for a long time until I gave up and told them to forget it. It seems that there customers with health issues are just a big inconvenience to them. Absolutely shocking way to treat loyal customers.

Staff there are racist, i went there to buy a phone. One of the staff offered me installments on their brand new iPhone which i rejected and insisted on buying it outright. The staff looked at my clothes and colour and he was like you cant afford this do you know the price of this phone to which my answer was yes and i will pay cash. The staff then asked me what do i do and i said its none of your business and don't judge a book by its cover. I have been to one in braehead to get my phone fixed ones and they denied to fix my phone apparently the problem i had with my phone wasn't good enough to be a problem 😂.
