Ordered food. Jacket potato was only just on the warm side, beans were cold and cheese not even grated just slices. Kids chips rock solid, my 2 year old couldn't even eat half of them. Plus the beans were cold. The lady working was friendly but on her own so everything took a while. Won't be back here for food anytime soon!

Thank you to the staff especially two young gentlemen (sorry I forgot to take down their names) who helped us look for our daughter as we couldn't find her after shopping in ADSA living in Cowley yesterday. Actually not only the ASDA Living staff but also the Matalan staff, the Sainsbury's staff, and some strangers all tried their best to help us look for our daughter. We appreciate everyone's help from the bottom of our hearts. We love Cowley ASDA Living because it's a nice shop and the staff there are really kind.

Very good customer service this afternoon at Oxford Cowley Asda. Had a problem with my Asda mobile phone, both the lady at the door and a young man retail assistant were polite and helpful. The problem was completely resolved and the young man in particular( he did not have a name tag ) ensured that the phone was fixed and working correctly. 10 marks out of 10 and thank you very much.

Asta is a great shop with everything you need i usualy go there because they have a great choice of kids school clothes and toys. Although the other week i found some interesting electrical producs for my kitchen. Very professional staff and well trained. Thank you
