Booked on line but when on site chosen tyres were not available, had to go with a different variety, prepaid for wheel alignment, was fobbed off with "all done" when no wheel alignment had been done. Now they are doing the wheel alignment. So slow. Wont bother coming back. Website promises. Shop fails. Staff are sincere but they need more than 2 people on a saturday morning - or they should choose not to take so many bookings.

I have been there on a Saturday, for a wheel alignment, and I have to say that I have been impressed with the politeness of the staff and their effectiveness. I can strongly recommend the place. Only downside the steering wheel is not dead on straight, but then again I am a bit ocd. Will definitely return and recommend.

Had a locking wheel nut ceased on my Wife's BMW i3. What an amazing service - Olly and the team gave fantastic advice and completed the job where others had failed / not tried! Hats off to these guys, they were amazing and therefore highly recommended!

The customer service at this garage is excellent. This garage is very well run, with excellent management. I had the tyres checked for pressure on my Fiat 500 as a message on the dashboard indicated there was a problem.The young boy who attended to me found a nail in the back near side rear and repaired this free of charge. He then reset the codes, he was thorough, polite as well as very helpful. He would be an asset to any employer. Thank you to all concerned, a highly recommended garage.

they charged me extra for service i did not ask. very bad quality tires. also they did not pass the MOT i asked for and was the principal reason i went into the shop.
