This Boots store had everything you needed and more was a clean store. Very helpful man at the prescription part who helped us find what we needed. However I can only score a four as I had to wait in the queue for a very long time as I was only one person serving and lots of other people in the shop in there departments.

Great store. Sad to know opticians is no longer there as optical workers were very nice. Have some great staff in there, in particular, Mishel who is always well informed and helpful.

Guest I couldn't find any assistants as they'd gone into hiding at the sight if customers. Then I got passed from beauty to pharmacy and then back. In the end a lovely assistant has offered me her undivided attention and help with my search. Thank goodness this store has someone who knows their line of work and knows customer care.

Update, still a shambles at pharmacy. They don't have a clue where anything is, 3 customers, Nome of the prescriptions can be found on the shelves even though complete on their systems. Been here 15 mins now. I realise these are difficult times, but someone needs to organise the pharmacy and tell them about customer service. Twice now I have been when it is not busy, twice now I have waited 15-20 mins. Both times 3 people in front, none needing consults just either picking up or dropping off prescriptions, should have been dealt with by 2 people in 5-10 mins ; but no. No clear queuing, no communication, no acknowledgement of wait (they know how long they kept looking up at us, then back down to ignore us for a bit longer). Needs proper management and if the people can't manage it then finding some more.
