I had been experiencing a battery light issue on my car for a few weeks, took the car to a few garages who couldn't diagnose the issue. Took it SKODA and the problem was identified the same day and the car was fixed and returned to me in perfect condition. Tony was great in helping me through the process and kept me informed all the way he even liase with my warranty company which made it street free for me. Will definitely visit when it's to time to part ex my SKODA.

Johnsons Skoda Liverpool are absolutely the best car dealer and service garage in this part of the galaxy. I have my favourites among their team but no matter what you need - all of them will go the extra mile to help. Thanks for being there guys!

Every time we have taken our car in for an MOT, it's been fine beforehand and comes out with a problem (like something goes missing that was there before etc). This time a strange noise that we had never heard before was happening when we went above 50mph, so we took it back in and they charged us £125 (after quoting £47 on the phone) to fix a problem that they had clearly created. They wouldn't give us our car back unless we paid the full amount. So unhappy and won't be taking our car here again, totally untrustworthy.

The salesman Eamon was excellent sorted out my query much to my satisfaction.
