If you're looking to get a new car and are interested in Mercedes, I would highly recommend visiting the Mercedes Liverpool Dealership. Reason's for this are as follows; The customer service and hospitality you receive is first class. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help with all enquiries. The atmosphere is welcoming and you really feel at home (plenty of coffee to go around). I was lucky enough to be looked after by a Mercedes Representative known as James. From the get go James was very helpful and professional. James took hours out of his day to help find the right car for myself. His customer service was fantastic and I would highly recommend him if you do choose to visit Mercedes Liverpool. I would also like to thank another Mercedes Representative known as Henry. Henry was also very welcoming and professional giving the best customer service he could give. Due to the fantastic customer service and assistance I was able to drive away in a Mercedes that was perfect for myself. A well deserved 5 stars.

I don't know why Mercedes Liverpool have only got 3.5 stars. My son has just bought a beautiful car and the service he received from James and Henry was second to none. Made to feel welcome, everything was smooth and professional. I'll be buying my next car from them. Great service, probably be a lifelong customer now, hopefully. Highly recommended, ask for James as he's a top lad. 10 out of 10 for me and my son loves his new car.

Just collected my new car from Mercedes of Liverpool. I dealt with Brendan Branigan and Jon Thornton who answered any questions I had very quickly and were very well informed. Both were very polite, not pushy, and really helped to find the best deal for me, which I am very happy with! They kept me up to date with the progress and delivery of the car, and made the whole process an absolute breeze. I would highly recommend this branch and in particular Brendan and Jon.

Recently bought my A180 AMG Line from Mercedes-Benz in Liverpool and I am absolutely over the moon!
