Absolutely excellent. Can not fault this company for friendliness, professionalism, none pushy attitude and simply really nice, decent people. I visited several places whilst looking for the car I wanted, most of which were “good”. These guys however are outstanding.

I recently purchased a car for my son and Richard and Matt were very helpful and polite. They didn’t pressure sell and were more than happy for me to have a good look around and ask questions when ready. The car was in great condition and my son is very pleased with the car. It did develop a fault, and this is where Richard really proved what he promised when I purchased the car. He covered the costs of the work without any issues. He is a good and honest person to deal with. I have dealt with many used car dealers over the years and others could learn a lot from the honesty and support offered by Richard and Matt. Very friendly helpful people, nothing is too much trouble for them. Bought a lovely Vauxhall Insignia off them. Would highly recommend this company, so much so, we bought 2 more cars off them a Clio for my daughter and a Frontera for my husband.

Really great experience at this dealers. Richard and Matt helped me and my daughter find her first car. Both are very knowledgeable about all the cars. Very relaxed and let you test drive several cars with no fuss. We did try other local dealers, but none compared to the pleasant experience with Tallbrook, and they soon found the perfect car for my daughter, that ticked all hers and my boxes (not easy!). The good service does not stop with the sale either. For that reason, I know where I will come when in the next few years I look for a car for my other children.
