Absolutely awful customer service! My partner went in to order two glass table tops about 2 months ago. A1 Glass were meant to ring us back that day with a quote. When I rang them to follow up he said he had lost the measurements. So I went in to 'see' them and deliver the measurements myself (the guy was no where to be seen so I had to ring up and then he appeared!). They apparently had lost my telephone number too. Perhaps this could be avoided if they recorded telephone numbers for jobs properly rather than on the back of his notebook! Anyway he promised he would send off the measurements and get back with a quote that day.....one month later and numerous phone calls and false promises I have not had a quote until I rang for the 7th time this morning. The boss who said he must work with 'imbeciles' (very PC and professional!) gave me a quote over the phone which is what I have been waiting for the past 2 months. He wasn't very apologetic or willing to compensate much for the delay and poor customer service! I will not recommend them to anyone! Not even worth 1 star!

Hi I'm the owner of A1glass, I didn't realise that I had a complaint on this site until today, only to be told by a satisfied customer, who kindly gave us a brilliant review ,the persons in question have left the company for much the reasons as that customer quoted,I must firstly apologise as I don't like behaviour like this,I pride myself on our telephone manners many thanks Patrick Smyth

Absolutely brilliant. Called them at 9am with a broken window pane, they had come by, measured, quoted and then came back and completed the job by lunch time. Thank you so much!

We are extremely happy with our new Bifold doors installed by A1 Glass. They were very professional and left no mess. The new doors finish transform the extension. We are very happy to recommend anyone thinking of using them.

Asked (Pat) to book an appointment via email with tenants, he ensured me he emailed tenants twice!, however tenants haven’t received any emails from him. So I went back and forth and managed to book a day with him and he said he will come from 1pm!, tenants waited since 1pm and the following day they told me he didn’t turn up!! I texted him asking why he didn’t turn up and he said he had forgotten??? Very unprofessional and unreliable!!

Really accommodating and were able to come out within 48 hours. More than happy to oblige with my requests and allowed me to get the problem fixed without any additional stress or effort on my part. Thanks guys.

Had a lot of glass installed by A1. Unfortunately they've been very slow and unresponsive for remedial works
