Always friendly and knowledgeable, couldn’t be more helpful, happy to cut down long lengths of wood for me so I can fit them in my car, without charge.

The Brighton branch starts noise work at 6.50 every day. Completely ignoring BHCC's loud noise regulations which specify an 8 o'clock start. I emailed the manager regarding this and was ignored. They do not care about the local area. It's all about the amount of money for these people. Regardless of how it effects other people's lives.

Lovely local timber yard with helpful and knowledgeable staff who supply samples of wood you need for household jobs. Definitely recommend. Very happy to have that place close by.

First time I've ever used Alsford timber. They was recommend by jewson because of the type of wood I wanted. First impressions count. Fantastic customer service couldn't do enough to help me. And the sales persons keen eye of detail was amazing. Now I know they stock the timber I use all the time I'll be returning as a regular customer. Very well recommended as the place to go for timber.

Very good order a load of mdf for cutting and about an hour later got phone call to say ready great service and very helpful when picking up the order. Would recommend any one needing any wood cutting go to Alsford Timber
