Good location and equipment but the customer service is about as bad as it gets. There are no fans a

Good location and equipment but the customer service is about as bad as it gets. There are no fans at all in the cardio area. It is the one area in the gym that needs it and the one area that doesn't have it. We were promised they'd have them in before last summer but still waiting 18 months later. I've also tried contacting the gym so I can get into my online login to book into classes, it's been over a week of emailing and calling and haven't had a reply.
