The best place to go for a massage. Tarren is amazing and very experienced and has a personal approach. Each time she checks in with me to see which part of my body needs the most attention. She was able to completely remove the pain from my shoulder in just 2 sessions! I was seeing other specialist for the last 2.5 years but noone was able to help me and remove the "pulling" pain from my arm and shoulder. Tarren adjust the pressure, and make sure that nothing hurts and asks if you prefer less or more pressure. She also includes face massage which is relaxing and I love it! If something hurts you, just mention it at the beginning of the visit and it will be fixed! I highly recommend Tarren. If you have a private health insurance, you can claim it straight after the visit as Tarren sends electronic invoices.

I go to Ardor every Tuesday evening for Yoga with Lucy. What a great venue all round for a Health and Well Being Centre. A Nutritionist, a Reiki Healer, a great Remedial Masseur, just to list a few of the service providers at Ardor. Yoga is provided every day and you can have a wonderful Sauna as well. A variety of tea blends are offered. A peaceful, stress free space. Love what is offered.
